Snow childd
He touched the snow with little hands and gazed as long as he could.
He held some snow in his little hand. His little hands turned scarlet red.
He forgot the little snow in his hand because the sound of birds invited his attention, and he forgot the snow in his hand until it melted and drops of water dripped from his little hand.
He entered inside the house and realised his hands were cold, and that was his first cry from the cold, and the wonder would be sketched in his memory and in my memory of how to look at the snow with a child's wonder.
